NAF ticket overview¶
About¶
Users write tickets to the NAF helpdesk. Using an AI chatbot, we present an anonymized summary of the initial request and an automated, possible solution based on the chatbot best knowledge of the NAF documentation
Note that this service is in an early experimental stage!
This service is brought to you by the NAF team, the DESY RT, and the DESY AI Assistant
