Getting support¶
UCO¶
You can contact the UCO at uco@desy.de with all computing related questions. They will make an initial evaluation and forward the ticket to the correct specialists.
If the issue is obviously related to the NAF infrastructure as such, you can directly open a ticket with a mail to naf.service@desy.de.
Please try to follow the ticket template when you describe your encountered issue, as it makes the assignment and evaluation of the easier and speeds up the solution.
Experiment Support¶
If the issue is experiment specific, you can write to a dedicated support line - ATLAS: naf-atlas-support @ desy.de - Belle II: naf-belle-support @ desy.de - CMS: naf-cms-support @ desy.de - ILC: naf-ilc-support @ desy.de
If you unsure, what type the issue is or whom to contact, write to uco@desy.de and they will point your ticket to the correct admins.
